Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) Representative to join their dynamic team in Bracknell. This is a temporary position for 12 months , offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive environment!

What You'll Do:
As a CIR Representative, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, addressing billing, collections, and complaint management. Your primary goal will be to secure efficient accounts receivable collection and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints. Here's what you can expect:

  • End-to-End Management: Handle customer issues related to billing, disputes, returns, and collections.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
  • Communication: Engage in extensive communication via phone and email, maintaining confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues while interpreting policies and regulations.
  • Training Opportunities: Share your knowledge by training new team members and participating in process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals with a blend of customer service and financial experience, who are eager to contribute to our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong Customer Skills: A professional, positive demeanour, able to build credibility and trust with clients.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fields is preferred, but all degrees are welcome.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years in customer service, finance, supply chain, or sales.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce systems is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities, with a knack for problem-solving.

Work Environment:
This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home most days, with the expectation to attend the Bracknell office 1-2 days a week for meetings. A quiet office space at home is essential to ensure productivity.
