Job Spec -
- Act as liaison between local HR and team to ensure effective working relationships.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient administrative practices.
- Collaborate on key initiatives and project work.
- Support new process implementation and communication guidance.
Reporting:
- Generate reports for global and Local HR teams, including sickness absence, car-related, capacity, and election reports.
- Provides business reports on address and cost centre changes.
- Complete reports for external benefit providers and manages ad hoc report requests.
HR Team Support:
- Organize and coordinate local Welcome Events.
- Assist with HR administration, processes, events, and logistics.
- Ensure accurate document management and coordination of signatures.
- Handle ad hoc work as required.
