Role: Sales Agent

Location: Bracknell (RG12)

Salary: £24,255 - £27,876 OTE* including £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role.

Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

What you will be doing:

  • Liaise with clients chasing financial documents and forms ensuring the customer acts quickly.
  • Take responsibility for processing client requests with efficiency, ensuring all facts are obtained before a decision is made.
  • Chasing customer information.
  • Meeting service level agreements and ensuring that a consistently high level of service is provided
  • Answering customer telephone queries
  • Managing post, emails and photocopying administrative duties.
  • Entering data and updating personal details of customers
  • Ensure all administrative and audit procedures are complied with FCA system.
  • Working within a team.
