Sales Coach/Trainer – Bracknell - Hybrid

A successful Saas business based in Bracknell are looking for a Sales Coach/Trainer to join their team.

You will be coaching and supporting SDR’s, BDM’s and Account Managers, so will need to be able to adapt your mentoring style to suit each individuals/department’s needs.

You will have come from a sales background yourself and be able to demonstrate a successful personal track record of outbound selling.

Typical day to day duties:

  • Identify training needs for both the individual and department through the delivery of various methods
  • Assist with the design and delivery of in-house training solutions
  • Provide consistent support and coaching across the sales floor
  • Ensure all new team members embed learning and transition into the sales team smoothly
  • Build positive relationships through effective communication with colleagues and managers and other departments
  • Provide developmental feedback to colleagues to aid their achievement of revenue and KPI’s
  • Ensure your own continuous professional development by keeping abreast of current sales and development techniques and trends
