Location: Remote position, the successful candidate must be located in the UK or Ireland

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Actioning quote and pricing approvals within company policy framework
  • Assisting and liaising with the sales team regarding customers quotes and deals
  • Providing proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help drive new business
  • Management of the CRM system to accurately reflect the sales pipeline
  • Utilising analytical tools for forecasting and deal structures
  • Internal communications with finance and legal when drafting agreements
  • Overseeing SLA on deal turnaround times
  • Actively engaging in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for improving customer experience

Skills and Experience:

  • Comfortable with analysing both written and numerical data
  • Effective communication abilities and competence in project management
  • Commercially minded for effective cross-functional collaboration with the sales team
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy to work fully remotely
