Job Title: Senior Sales Administrator

Location: Bracknell

Salary: Up to 33,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume order processing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate and oversee the logistics of product shipments, ensuring timely delivery across customs borders
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline order fulfilment processes
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to order processing and shipments
  • Monitor and analyse order trends to improve processes and reporting
  • Provide quotes and pricing options to new and existing clients
  • Effective communication with the warehouse team and couriers
  • Generate supplier good receipt notes and oversee return shipments

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of order processing and logistics, particularly in customs regulations and border compliance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order management
  • Proficient in using sales administration and order management software
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A commercial mindset
