- CIPD Level 3 or 5 required

- - Providing the on-site HR provision
- - Managing ER for the whole staff
- - Report to a Regional HR Manager for support as needed.
- - Oversight of all recruitment- process from advert to day 1
- - Payroll management, in conjunction with the finance team
- - Co-ordinate staff training in relation to HR.
- - Manage two HR colleagues.
- - Has worked in HR within an education organisation.
- - Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualified
- - Possesses a strong grounding in UK HR law.
- - Working knowledge of relevant HR issues
- - Is an outstanding communicator.
