HR Officer | UK & Ireland
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Join our evolving HR team and help deliver world-class live events, from the Olympics to music festivals! We're looking for an HR Officer eager to manage the full employee lifecycle and support our fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead job postings, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • HR Systems & Records: Manage employee data using Employment Hero and process payroll changes accurately.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll (Sage 50), pensions, private medical insurance, and more
  • Employee Relations: Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
  • HR Projects: Contribute to exciting HR initiatives and process improvements.








What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in an HR officer/administrator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Employment Hero, Sage 50) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
