Our client, aleader in recruitment technology for schools and colleges, is seeking a Software Business Development Manager to drive sales for their ATS solutions. This role is pivotal to their growth strategy, and youll be introducing this game-changing product to the education sector.

As part of your responsibilities, youll:

?? Engage with schools and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer School Recruiter software.
?? Drive sales through outbound channels, exceeding KPIs.
?? Identify new business opportunities and present product benefits effectively.
?? Take client feedback to shape product functionality for the future.
?? Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure strong promotion and increase inbound sales.
?? Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
?? Contribute to the Sales team and mentor others.
?? Attend exhibitions, live events, and webinars to showcase solutions.
?? Work independently and as part of a team.

About You:
?? 2+ years in software sales, ideally in education or HR.
?? Proficient in ATS or HR Sales.
?? Understand the education market and its challenges.
?? Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
?? Relationship-building expertise with clients and stakeholders.
?? Self-motivated and results-oriented.
?? Experience with CRM software.
?? Willing to travel within the UK as needed.
