You will be working in a leading and expanding IT environment where you will be supporting all things Microsoft , Cloud & Telephony

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist with strong people skills coupled with the want to build on your sound infrastructure experience !

  • Provide technical support for cloud-based systems, infrastructure and telephony solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
  • Assist with system upgrades and configurations.
  • Support users with day-to-day technical queries.

You:

  • Experience in IT support, particularly with cloud platforms and VoIP/telephony in an MSP.
  • 365, AD, Cloud support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work in the office 3 days a week following an initial probationary period.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have excellent communication skills.
