This is an excellent opportunity to take control of your earnings and work flexibly from anywhere, whilst having access to back-office support, training and lead generation opportunities.Our client is a well-established and customer service focused Mortgage Brokerage that has an abundance of leads and puts protection at the forefront of their business.What is on offer

Realistic OTE of £65,000+ in your first year
Up to 70% commission split.
4/5 qualified leads per day (Mortgage Brokers are incentivised to refer to you also!)
Option to set up via Ltd Company for maximum flexibility

Key responsibilities for this Protection Adviser role

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their priorities
Be proactive to follow up on ALL leads and work through them to gain business
Be able to spot opportunities to review existing cover
Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
Stay up to date with protection products to ensure best advice
Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times

Skills and experience for this Protection Adviser roleTo be successful in this role, you should have:

Minimum of 24 months experience as a Protection Advisor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face & over the phone
Ability to work independently and manage your own leads
Good track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
Adaptable to the ever-evolving protection market
