Temporary New Homes Sales Advisor

We are looking for New Homes Sales Negotiator to work weekends on a site in Ascot.

Standard working hours would be working from 10am – 5pm or sometimes slightly different depending on the requirement.

Provided you can deliver a high standard of customer service and use your initiative this could be the role for you!

Previous New Homes Sales experience is required 

You will be employed by U&P where you’ll be paid a competitive hourly rate + holiday contributions, we also have enhanced rates for bank holidays and emergency bookings!

• Meeting and greeting customers on site
• Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
• Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
• Taking customers on viewings
• Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
• Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
• Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

• Must hold a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle
• Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
• Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
• Be immaculately presented
• Be available to work weekends
