About Us:

We are a recruitment agency working with a respected financial services client to find a detail-oriented, proactive Financial Document Administration Assistant. This is a temporary-to-permanent role subject to performance, offering an excellent opportunity to develop a career in financial services with a view to permanent hire and hybrid working after initial training.

Job Overview:In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing Financial applications from submission through to offer and completion, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service within set service levels. You’ll collaborate closely with underwriters, legal teams, brokers, and other lending colleagues, ensuring accurate communication, high-quality processing, and regulatory compliance. A commitment to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills, especially over the phone, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous attention to detail, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Consistently meet objectives and KPIs within established service standards.
  • Provide positive, proactive communication, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Support in managing the application pipeline to meet internal service standards.
  • Take ownership of personal development and continuously learn.
  • Handle calls with solicitors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Multitask effectively, managing data entry, scanning, indexing, preparation, and release of funds.
  • Progress offered cases through to completion while protecting against potential fraudulent activity.
  • Complete any additional tasks or activities as required by management.

  • You’re detail-driven, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. A confident communicator who’s comfortable handling calls and managing multiple tasks. You understand mortgage processing or underwriting and bring strong customer service skills to maintain positive relationships and keep clients informed
