Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction? Our client is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their thriving team. This role offers an enticing base salary, commission, and a car allowance.

Your Mission:
  • Identify and Convert New Business Opportunities: Proactively target and secure new business ventures.
  • Generate Customer Meetings: Strategically plan and execute meetings with potential and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Schedule Targeted Meetings: Maintain a calendar of confirmed future meetings with key accounts.
  • Deliver Exceptional Account Management: Provide top-tier service to new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Drive sales and consistently meet or surpass targets.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Maintain a Prospective Client Pipeline: Develop and manage a steady flow of potential clients.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure Smooth Business Implementation: Oversee the seamless implementation of new business contracts up to the delivery of services.
  • Promote Company at Awareness Days: Attend customer site events to promote the company and provide advice regarding services.
  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Create and deliver detailed presentations on our waste services to both new and existing accounts.
