- Diagnose, repair, and service domestic boilers and heating systems
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with relevant industry standards and best practices
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Must hold relevant Gas Safe qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
- Proven experience in boiler fault finding, servicing, and repairs
- Strong knowledge of boiler and heating systems (various makes/models)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence
