We are working with a provider of affordable housing, who are looking to recruit a Scheduler on an interim basis for up to 12 months.

You will be responsible for

  • Planning and coordinating the working day of trade operatives, ensuring they receive all of the information for them to carry out their works.
  • Ensuring diaries are optimised to maximum capacity with minimal travel, increasing productivity, reducing cost and maintaining outstanding customer service, health and safety prioritisation and vulnerability considerations.
  • Working collaboratively with all stakeholders including our customers on a daily basis to deliver a seamless service.

To be successful with this position we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of working within a scheduling/planning position, ideally for a housing provider or a maintenance contractor.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Experience working in a busy office environment with reactive priorities always maintaining professional office conduct.
