Salary: £13.00 - £13.80 per hour

We are a recruitment agency currently seeking a Completions and Processing Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client based in Bracknell. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 12 weeks, offering a dynamic work environment in a modern office complex with great transport links and free onsite parking.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm Start date: ASAP, with occasional hybrid working potential

Your Role at a Glance:

In this role, you will manage the completions and processing pipeline, ensuring cases move smoothly from offer to funds release, while maintaining the highest level of regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with internal teams, solicitors, and brokers, while handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and phone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress cases efficiently through all key stages, ensuring internal SLAs are met.
  • Manage telephone communications with solicitors, brokers, and other key partners.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, including Consumer Duty, Money Laundering, and more.
  • Work with attention to detail and take ownership of your development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive communicator, comfortable handling telephone calls in a busy environment.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of mortgage underwriting and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • A strong team player, with a dynamic, adaptable approach to work.
