Office AdministratorLocation: ReadingWe are looking for an Administrator to join our large Reading-based recruitment office. This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday with flexible hours in between 8am-5.30pm. We are 100% office based.This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract to assist with a high volume of recruitment based administrative tasks. The role and responsibilities:
  • As an Administrator you will assist various teams with answering calls, right to work checks and other background checks.
  • You will make sure candidates going through our onboarding process have a good experience as well as making sure they are fully compliant in line with government regulations.
  • You will use our online portal systems to keep a track of important data.
  • You will work closely alongside other parts of the business to ensure pre-employment checks are being carried out efficiently and all information is being collected in a timely manner.
  • You will chase candidates and consultants for extra or corrected data where needed. 
What we need from you:
  • Attention to detail is key with this role.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills necessary - you will need to liaise with other parts of the business regularly.
  • Self motivated and confident.
