Job Title: Procurement Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 (Band 7)
Type: Permanent, Remote
Responsibilities:
- Ensure governance and compliance throughout the business
- Lead in end-to-end procurement
- Provide strategic direction and leadership
- Analyse the market prior to tenders to determine key providers and identify any potential bidders to encourage full competition
- Nurture key relationships and maintain internal and external networks
- Implement and manage complex and high-value procurement contracts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Public sector experience is essential
- Ability to organise your workload
- Good leadership and experience in line management
- Knowledge of using e-Procurement systems
