A great hybrid opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join a well known automotive company based in Bracknell for a 3 month rolling contract.

You will be part of a growing organisation within an enthusiastic and friendly team.

Responsibilities:

  • Using a Scorecard grade-based system to conduct regular audits, ensuring compliance within company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to develop and implement quality improvement, ensuring best practise is followed throughout the Retail Operations department.
  • Gather feedback and data to support the company in adhering to policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of quality analysis results.

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyse data effectively.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, retail operations, and customer service standards.
  • Experience using a Quality Management System.
