About UsWe are working on behalf of a wonderful two-form entry primary school, located in the heart of Marlow, which provides a nurturing and inspiring environment for children to thrive. With stunning Learning Gardens, dedicated Nurture Rooms, and state-of-the-art Digital Suites, we are committed to offering the very best education and pastoral care.
The RoleWe are looking for a full-time School Business Manager to play a key role in the leadership of the school. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school's finance, HR, administration, premises, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Finance Management - Oversee the school budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- HR & Payroll - Manage recruitment, staff contracts, and HR policies.
- Premises & Facilities - Ensure our beautiful woodland setting and facilities are well-maintained and developed.
- Compliance & Governance - Ensure the school meets all statutory and safeguarding requirements.
- Office & Administration - Lead the admin team, ensuring the day-to-day running of the school is efficient and effective.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and passionate professional who:? Has experience in financial and business management (ideally in a school setting).? Is confident in managing budgets, resources, and compliance.? Has excellent leadership and communication skills.? Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative and caring environment.? Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., CSBM, DSBM, or equivalent experience).
