- Liaising with Estate Agents and RICS Valuers to understand the value of each property, local market conditions and challenging any disparities in value. This will enable you to recommend a suitable Asking Price and Achievable Price for the property.
- Drive and encourage proactivity from your appointed estate agents, creating a marketing strategy that is appropriate to your clients’ needs to achieve the best results for all parties involved.
- Actively progresseach property sale through proactive liaison with the Estate Agent and Solicitors to ensure each milestone in the property conveyance is met without undue delay.
- As no two properties are the same, therefore adhoc activities will be required to ensure the best outcome to all parties that are concerned.
