About the school

This is an 11-19 mixed comprehensive school which moved into their new building which is situated on the southern side of Bracknell. The majority of our students are local and they enjoy positive links with primary schools in the area.

Alongside some of their original buildings housing their IT, Art and Sports Departments, their new building covers 3 floors with the school dining hall in a central position on the ground floor with access to the quad and school Library on the first floor with double height ceiling.

The school is part of a highly successful multi-academy trust that provides excellent quality, comprehensive and inclusive education through primary schools and secondary schools in London, Surrey, Berkshire, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Plymouth.

They are now seeing a forward thinking, dynamic and ambitious addition to join them! This is an exciting time for them as they grow and develop and are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for both employees and students.

The school is a popular school who are also heavily oversubscribed. This is an accolade to the staff who have worked collaboratively, and continue to do so, to make a difference. It is also thanks to their students for being great ambassadors for the school. They are open to visitors coming in and seeing the 'school in action'. Many who have done this previously leave with a positive and lasting impression.

In recent years, GCSE outcomes and those at Sixth Form have improved significantly. This has been a result of high quality teaching so that students can make rapid progress in each subject. For those students who stay on into the Sixth Form, their results are amongst the best in a number of subjects.
