Your new companyAre you an experienced professional with experience from a social housing maintenance contracting / commercial background, or have you worked directly for a housing association previously? - A leading social housing provider is looking for a dedicated Contract Manager to join the team in Bracknell. Your new roleAs a Contract Manager in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and delivering planned work programmes
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders
