Job Description: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during teacher absences, delivering pre-set lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies and procedures.
- Provide support to students to ensure continued learning.
- Take the register and ensure the class stays on task throughout the lesson.
- Offer feedback to subject teachers regarding student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition between lessons.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a UK educational setting.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and support students across various subjects.
