We are seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join an expanding Property Maintenance Contractor based in Bracknell

You will join a dedicated team managing the maintenance and repair of residential properties.

  • This role involves carrying out inspections, diagnosing defects, specifying remedial works, and ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
  • Conduct property inspections to diagnose defects and maintenance issues
  • Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve repair issues.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure repairs provide value for money.

You will need:

  • Experience in surveying and managing property repairs and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and defect diagnosis.
  • Ability to produce clear reports and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and contractor management skills.
  • A relevant qualification HND/ HNC
