Are you a confident Administrator looking to embark on a new challenge within the world of finance? Do your strengths lie in supporting a very busy admin team? If you're so, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for!

Due to continued growth, my client is seeking an experienced and methodical Administrator to join their very established team, where you will be responsible for ensuring all administration requirements are executed for the business. This is a newly created role for the business, and therefore the role will have a lot of variety and a chance to make the role your own.

The role:

  • Liaising with providers and third parties to gather information
  • Preparing documentation in readiness for client meetings
  • Ensuring that client files and back office systems are up-to-date and accurate
  • Typing up notes and memos
  • Collating and binding documentation ahead of meetings
  • Scanning incoming post
  • Assist with monitoring the return of dispatched documentation
  • Assisting with project-based admin work
  • General administration

Person specification:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Experience working within financial services or a professional setting
  • Accurate typing skills, whilst proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. This role is fully office based.
