As their Junior Graphic Designer, you will work directly with the director, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. You'll be heavily involved in client meetings and relationships, collaborating closely on projects while also enjoying a high level of responsibility and creative freedom. This role offers a huge opportunity for learning and building experience within an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Collaboration: Work closely with the Director on projects spanning branding, packaging, and UI/UX design.
• Client Engagement: Actively participate in client meetings, contributing ideas and helping to build strong relationships.
• Design Development: Create visual concepts that align with client briefs and project objectives.
• Software Proficiency: Utilise Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma to develop and refine designs.
• Project Ownership: Manage projects from concept to completion with autonomy and responsibility.
• Explore Diverse Design Areas: Show willingness to delve into various design disciplines and adapt to different project requirements.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from the founder and clients.
• Time Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: Industry experience preferred (internships, freelance work or previous employment).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and familiarity with Figma.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Adaptability: Keen interest in exploring multiple design areas and learning new skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Client Interaction: Comfortable engaging with clients and contributing effectively in meetings.
• Initiative and Responsibility: Ability to work independently, take initiative and embrace responsibility on projects.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all design work.
