Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in medical devices? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company tackling continuous improvement and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability

- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and provide guidance to team members

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and key stakeholders

- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder needs are met

- Address project challenges and roadblocks proactively

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

- 6 years of project management experience

- Experience working within the Medical Device sector

- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (ISO13485)

- Technical background in engineering or manufacturing

- Proven ability to collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
