Description
- Conducting thorough financial analysis and preparing detailed reports
- Managing the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Working closely with other teams to develop and implement financial strategies
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Providing insightful information and expectations to senior managers to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Identifying potential areas of cost reduction
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent analytical, decision making and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and digital tools
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data in a clear manner
