We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join agrowing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients while playing a key part in the development and success of our team. As a senior member of the firm, you will not only lead and mentor your team but also be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of your portfolio of clients, projects, and cases, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Contribute to the planning and management of workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.

Deliver on revenue and profitability targets by identifying opportunities to bring in new work and maintain strong client relationships.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice on personal tax matters and owner-managed businesses.

Play an active role in developing team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and enhance performance.
Key Accountabilities:

Specialize in providing tax advisory services, particularly in personal tax and issues related to owner-managed businesses.

Communicate with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure their tax needs are fully met.

Work closely with internal departments to meet deadlines, ensuring that client portfolios are managed effectively and HMRC deadlines are adhered to.

Assist in managing the output of the department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeliness of deliverables.

Monitor your own work utilization, productivity, and work-in-progress (WIP), ensuring targets are met.

Provide Leadership & Guidance: Provide leadership to junior team members, offering regular feedback, mentorship, and support to help them grow professionally.
