About the Role



We are seeking a Radio-communications Support Analyst with expertise in Airwave Radio Networks to support and administer overt radio communications. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Motorola and Sepura radios across the estate, ensuring secure and effective communications for emergency services and public safety.



Key Responsibilities


Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Motorola and Sepura radios.
Managing and troubleshooting the Airwave Radio Network to ensure uninterrupted service.
Supporting and maintaining the Motorola Integrated Terminal Manager (ITM) and Sepura Radio Manager.
Providing technical support to ensure all radio communication systems are fully operational.
Working across office, forcewide, and onsite locations as required.



What We're Looking For


Knowledge of radio communications systems, particularly Airwave Radio Networks.
Experience in configuring and maintaining Motorola and Sepura radio equipment.
Familiarity with Motorola ITM and Sepura Radio Manager (desirable).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
