Key Duties as a Sales Executive:- Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers to promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Accurately log sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- The ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
