About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support their high preforming sales team. This role involves processing orders, managing customer communication, and assisting with market research, reporting, and events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and maintain records.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries.
- Assist with customer onboarding and system updates.
- Prepare sales reports and conduct market research.
- Support event and exhibition planning.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous sales administration essential
