We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.   • Accurately process purchase invoices and maintain the purchase ledger.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment runs and manage cash flow related to supplier payments.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
  • Maintain confidential financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
