As an Area Manager, you will be energetic, driven, and enthusiastic about leading from the front, becoming the face of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture across your sites
Maintain high standards in all key operational areas
Set clear expectations for service, operational standards, and team performance
Oversee profit and loss, budget management, sales forecasting, and key performance indicators
Build strong relationships with head office and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
Support company events, local marketing initiatives, and celebrate team successes
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in managing multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on leadership style-you're not the type to stay in the office!
Strong operational, leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills
Target-driven with a strong focus on customer service
Highly motivated, ambitious, and a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
