Our client are a superb organisation in the heart of Leeds city centre and we are working exclusively with them to bring in a passionate and driven Business Manager to join their close-knit team in their beautiful office space.

This is a fully office based role with FREE PARKING in Leeds city centre!

The Role:

This is brand newly created role for a Business Manager. You'll be the backbone of the finance, operations, and customer service functions. Your sharp eye for detail, love for data, and confidence in decision-making will be key to driving efficiency and supporting their ambitious growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Mastering complex Excel spreadsheets (Power BI knowledge is a big plus!) - you'll be our data whiz, ensuring all financial and operational stats are flawlessly accurate.
  • Processing invoices (from £40 to £300K!) and keeping the owners informed with clear, precise reporting.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints - staying cool under pressure while making fair, confident decisions.
  • Exploring AI and tech innovations - if you have ideas on how the business can be smarter and faster, the team are open to exploring!
  • Building relationships - working 1 in 6 Saturdays to connect with the wider business community.

The Person:

You will be methodical, process-led, and obsessed with accuracy. You will live in spreadsheets but also love people, building strong relationships both internal and external and have a passion for doing the right thing.

You will have 3-5 years' professional experience, with a level-headed, can-do attitude. You will be punctual, presentable, and proactive and you must take pride in your work.

Having experience within finance would be advantageous but not essential.

You will be joining an honest, supportive and passionate team where all training will be provided.
