Our client, a leading global professional services company, is seeking a talented HR Manager to join their vibrant team on a Fixed Term Contract basis in their Holbeck, Leeds office. This is an incredible chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy of a renowned organisation while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
About the RoleAs the HR Manager, you will:
- Cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Provide first-line HR support, advice, and coaching to designated client groups (Business Services) on the full life cycle of HR issues.
- Manage the appraisal and salary review processes, collaborating closely with chiefs, directors, and line management.
- Proactively assist in managing employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinaries, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law.
- Monitor and manage absence issues, supporting your client groups in maintaining a healthy workplace.
- Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives, ensuring the best talent is nurtured and developed.
- Analyse exit interview data to identify trends and communicate insights to management.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures, adapting them to meet changing legislative and business requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider HR team and lead the delivery of specific projects, identifying new initiatives as necessary.
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- A solid understanding of UK employment law throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Strong client service skills and resilience when dealing with demanding clients.
- A collaborative and supportive working style; you are a true team player.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A keen attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
- CIPD qualification is essential.
