My client in Bradford seeks an experienced Branch Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Branch along with Valuing properties.
You will have a proven track record of successful conversion of valuation to sales, along with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic and positive attitude. You will have an excellent all round knowledge and experience of the process from the valuation/instruction process through to offer and sales negotiation, including the sales progression/conveyancing process to exchange and completion. You will have a natural ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with your clients as well as the ability to maximise cross selling opportunities and inspire and lead a team. The post holder will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning, develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets as well as managing branch performance, including sales, customer service, and employee productivity.
