What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Growing Sales & Profitability - You’ll take ownership of your territory, working towards ambitious targets while maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Building Strong Customer Relationships - By understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Developing New Business - Proactively identifying and winning new accounts through canvassing, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Analysing & Optimising Performance - Using sales data to identify trends, minimise order losses, and maximise opportunities.
  • Collaborating for Success - Working closely with Category Specialists and other colleagues to deliver a coordinated and effective sales approach.

  • Proven Sales Success - A strong track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar field-based role.
  • Outstanding Relationship-Building Skills - The ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • A Results-Driven Mindset - Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets in a competitive market.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability - A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering solutions.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence - As this is a field-based role, you must be able to travel within your territory.
