Given the pivotal nature of this role we are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Manager or Renewals Manager from an automotive insurance or related insurance background. You will be responsible for hands on management of a small team of telephone-based Renewals Advisors initially but as the team grows you will implement a management structure and develop Team Leaders to further the departments growth, enabling you to focus on driving performance across the site as a whole.

This is fast paced customer centric environment, that is target, quality and compliance driven so experience of operating in a similar environment with no compromise on standards is essential.
