Ecommerce Manager or Ecommerce Specialist– 4 Day working week

Working Hours: Flexi Working Hours – 4 day working week  (flexible from 6am-6pm)

Our reputable Ecommerce Retail Client is currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager with a strong focus on Business Development to be responsible for the ecommerce account management and development, as well as prospecting for new business/on boarding new clients to aid their prosperous growth plans.

Main Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager       

  • Develop and deliver the companies ecommerce growth strategy
  • Actively look after the Ecommerce Client portfolio – building / Maintaining relationships to increase growth potential by Working closely with marketplace partners / Client portfolio during the integration process, maintain and develop the marketplace accounts by holding meetings with the clients to enhance sales through promotions and adding new products.
  • Actively seek potential new opportunities to develop e-commerce sales growth, prospecting leads to contact and onboard new ecommerce customers
  • Plan and implement the marketplace roadmap, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities.
  • Identify areas within the business that need improvement to ensure the ecommerce operations run smoothly.

Experience and Skills required

  • Strong Ecommerce Management background
  • Experience of Managing Multi-channels including Aazon, Ebay, The Range, On-Buy, B&Q and Tesco (would be preferable)
  • Experienced within prospecting and generating new clients through business development
  • Previous Ecommerce Retail Experience is required
  • Strong Sales focus
  • Strategic mindset and implementation skills
