The successful candidates will join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, provide exceptional levels of service and develop strong relationships.

The role is office based, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.

Day to Day Duties

As a Sales Account Manager you will be expected to:

  •  Prospect new clients with the potential opportunity to manage and develop existing customers
  •  Work towards the achievement of monthly sales targets and objectives
  •  Provide your customers with exceptional levels of service
  •  Develop strong relationships
  •  Have a good understanding of the nature of customers business and their supply requirements

Essential Skills

To make a successful Sales Account Manager you will need:

  •  A proven track record in pro-actively seeking out and closing new customer accounts
  •  Strong sales skills with a proven performance record
  •  Self-motivation, drive & hunger to achieve targets
  •  Strong communication skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  •  Excellent customer relations
  •  Team player with a warm and friendly personality

Desirable Experience

It would be desirable as a Sales Account Manager if you:

  •  Experience in printer/office supplies market
  •  Experience in IT hardware sales
  •  Knowledge of printer brands and products
  •  Understanding of the competitive landscape
  •  Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
