White Label is excited to be working with an established and highly regarded bespoke joinery and interior solutions company in looking for a Commercial Manager to join their growing team. The Role of the Commercial Manager:

This is a key position linking procurement, sales, and client management. You’ll be responsible for pricing and estimating complex projects, managing supplier relationships, and working closely with clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager:

  • Pricing bespoke projects multi-million pound projects 
  • Attending meetings with clients across the UK and hosting clients at HQ
  • Managing tenders, supply chain quotes, and commercial viability
  • Developing client relationships and improving conversion rates
  • Collaborating with design, project, and workshop teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and enhancing company processes

Requirements of the Commercial Manager:

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in construction, fit-out, or a related industry
  • Ability to read technical drawings and break down complex enquiry packs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
