Employee Relations and Engagement Manager - HR Department
Location: Office-based in Bradford, UK
Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Flexibility: One day WFH after a 3-month training period

Key Responsibilities of the Employee Relations and Engagement Manager:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR support for employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.
- Line-manage the HR Assistant and Facilities Coordinator.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR on exciting local and global HR projects.
- Drive employee engagement as the dedicated champion for the EU & UK region.
- Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to the team.
- Manage the HR ticket system and prepare insightful monthly reports.
- Conduct staff inductions and manage pre-employment checks.
- Support office management duties, including health & safety compliance.
The Key Requirements of the Employee Relations and Engagement Manager:
- Proven experience in HR operations.
- A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
- Strong skills in MS Office and HR systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A trustworthy professional who can handle confidential information with ease.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives under pressure.
