  • Manage a team of experienced Learning and development specialist

  • Design and deliver leadership development programmes and initiatives
  • Drive the implementation of behaviour change initiatives within the organisation
  • Support the talent management process by developing high potential leaders
  • Ensure that all leadership development activities align with the company's strategic goals
  • Measure the effectiveness of leadership development programmes and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders within the organisation

Profile

A successful Leadership & Behavioural Development Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in leadership development
  • Experience of leading a team in this field
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective leadership development programmes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
