Main duties & responsibilities:
- The main responsibilities of this role are administration based, inputting orders and booking stock on the in-house systems
- Email and phone correspondence with suppliers
- Expediting orders in process
- Completing NCR's - No conformance reporting - investigating complaints, root cause analysis and providing feedback
- Completing manual handling of goods-in and goods-out stock from pallets and unloading deliveries from pallets, completing necessary documentation
- Enter stores area and organise stock from deliveries
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
- Administration experience/background or Stores/Warehouse background suitable for this role.
- Essential to have competent IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and complete data entry.
- Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction
- The role can be demanding at times with the workload, good organisation and time management skills required
