You will be based the Bradford office and part of a new highly skilled team of multi skilled Customer Service Representatives. This is a financial services business so upholding the highest standards is imperative and whilst you will be having service and sales conversations you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

On a daily basis you will handle customer service calls regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.

Its worth pointing out that given this is a new team there will be lots of opportunity to progress as the department grows, so if you are ambitious this could be a great opportunity for you!

Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is essential, however, experience from a financial services environment while desirable is not essential. All Customer Service and Sales backgrounds will be considered.
