Job description

We are currently recruiting for an office based care team leader for immediate start. This is initially a part time position but may lead to full time for the right candidate.

This role would ideally suit someone who has senior care experience but is now looking for a less hands on position within the health and social care sector.

Salary will be dependent on experience.

We are a well established, family run company based in Bradford providing domiciliary care across Leeds and Kirklees.

Duties and responsibilities to include-

Answering the phone and dealing with staff and customer queries, and liaising with other health care professionals.

Supporting our valued care team.

Carrying out staff supervision, and appraisal.

Day to day compliance.

Overseeing the digital care planning system and resolving alerts.

General office admin duties.

Carrying out assessments, reviews and updating care plans.

Uphold and embed the company values and ethos at all times.

Drive improvements in care delivery by up skilling the care team members, through observation and mentoring.

To promote good communication among the team.

Requirements

Minimum of NVQ level 3 in health and social care or similar.

Experience of working within domiciliary care

A driving licence and use of a vehicle.
