We are looking to hire a full-time home manager who possesses strong leadership capabilities, along with a thorough understanding of the regulations governing children's homes and care standards. This individual should adopt a proactive and dedicated approach to fostering team development to ensure optimal outcomes for children and young people aged 8 to 18 years.

As the Home Manager, you will oversee all facets of the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring adherence to the Children's Homes Regulations and the standards outlined in the home's Statement of Purpose and Ofsted guidelines, while prioritizing the safeguarding of young people's welfare and maintaining compliance.

Additionally, you will be required to participate in the on-call roster to support the Children's Home effectively.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Manager to oversee the daily operations and care services within our residential setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care and possess excellent leadership abilities to ensure the well-being of our residents.

What We're Looking For:

Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children's Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home.

Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £51,226.00-£60,000.00 per year
